Chris Kleha Art – Shipping Policy

At Chris Kleha Art, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and at a fair cost. Our shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order, the delivery distance, and the shipping speed you select at checkout.

1. Shipping Rate Calculation

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout using real-time carrier rates and are based on:

Package weight (including product(s), packaging, and shipping materials)
Delivery destination (distance from our shipping location to your address)
Selected delivery timeframe (standard, expedited, or express)

2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times depend on the service you choose at checkout:

*Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and begin from the date of shipment, not the date the order is placed. Delivery estimates do not account for delays due to weather, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

3. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
Custom, made-to-order, or limited-edition items may require additional processing time (this will be noted in the product description).
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes for orders exceeding certain weight or size restrictions (per carrier guidelines).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier.
If your order is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.

7. International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, distance, and service type.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs clearance procedures.
