A: You will meet with Chris via phone call, text, or email to bring your custom sneaker vision to life. 

Q: How many design sessions will I have?

A: Each purchase comes with two design sessions

Q: When will my order arrive?

A: Shipping begins 1 month after design approval

Q: What is the return policy? 

After design approval there are no returns. 

Q: What if we can not agree on a design? 

A: Although rare, you will be refunded.

A: The quantity of prints are decided prior to the sale and is first come first serve. This product tends to sell out quickly.
