Return Policy – No Returns Accepted

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any purchases. All sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we do not accept returns for unwanted items, we will work with you if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 business days of receiving it. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos so we can assess and resolve the matter.

Exceptions
This no-return policy applies to all items, including sale items and gift cards.
If your purchase is being shipped to the European Union, you may still be entitled to the 14-day cooling-off period as required by law. In this case, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Proof of purchase will be required.
